Panko Chicken Carbonara and Shrimp Pasta Recipe

The ingredients of this recipe for Panko Chicken Carbonara are cooked pasta, red pepper, prawns and a rich carbonara sauce made with pancetta.  

– 8 oz fettuccine  – 1 cup parmesan cheese  – ½ cup brown onion  – 1 garlic cloves  – 11-12 large shrimp  – 1 large chicken breast  – 1 tablespoon olive oil  – 1 cup pancetta or more traditional Guanciale or fatty bacon  – 3 egg yolk – ½ cup bell pepper  – black pepper



Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a large saucepan. Over medium-high heat, let onions and bell peppers sizzle together until almost tender.

 Sprinkle salt and black pepper on prawns and cook with minced garlic in a skillet. Pinkify the prawns by cooking them.

Once done, place them on a plate and cover them with aluminium foil to keep them warm and juicy while you finish the dish.

In another bowl, mix flour, panko breadcrumbs, and salt. Roll chicken pieces in panko-flour until coated after dipping them in the egg.
