Million-Dollar Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients: – 4 cups cooked, shredded chicken (you can use rotisserie chicken for convenience) – 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup – 1 cup sour cream – 1 cup mayonnaise – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup crumbled Ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve) – 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon onion powder – Salt and pepper to taste – Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

1. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the crumbled Ritz crackers and melted butter until the crackers are well coated.

Sprinkle the buttered cracker crumbs over the top of the chicken mixture in the baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.

1. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. 2. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
